1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Use are a placeholder agreement between you and the operator of grailday.com ("Grailday", "we," "us"). Final terms will name the actual contracting entity.

2. What we sell

Grailday sells physical trading cards held in a third-party vault. Each purchase is a retail sale of one card at a fixed, disclosed price. Placeholder — counsel to confirm exact framing language before launch.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the age and location requirements described in our Rules page. Placeholder — final state-by-state age table and blocked-location list to be confirmed by counsel (see the Rips Supplement).

4. Your balance, purchases, and sell-backs

Placeholder section covering deposits, pack purchases, the sell-back and auto-sell mechanics, collection timing, shipping fees and taxes, and withdrawal eligibility rules. Final language to be drafted with counsel to match the operational rules in Rules.

5. Third-party vendor terms incorporated by reference

Placeholder — our card-vaulting and fulfillment partner's own terms are incorporated by reference where they govern the cards themselves. Counsel to confirm which of the partner's clauses actually apply to purchases made through Grailday.

6. Responsible play

Placeholder reference to Responsible Play — deposit limits, cool-off, self-exclusion, and the problem-gambling helpline.

7. Disputes, changes, contact

Placeholder — dispute resolution, governing law, and how we notify you of changes to these terms. Contact is handled in-app; final language to be confirmed with counsel.
