Your vault shows the time left. Shipping is extra, and the price is shown before you confirm. Enter your address when you ship to see it and whether the carrier can deliver there.

Mythic: 1% of packs, cards worth $20,000 to $500,000; Epic: 4% of packs, cards worth $10,000 to $20,000; Uncommon: 15% of packs, cards worth $5,000 to $10,000; Common: 80% of packs, cards worth $3,000 to $5,000.
